Returns

Below are my stated return and refund policies, however if you contact me with an issue regarding an item exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis. For the most part I am very easy to work with and have only had 2 returns in 8 years.

Returns and Refunds – Domestic

Any item may be returned if it is found to be “not as expected” if I am notified by email (please explain the reason for the return) within 3 days of confirmation of receipt of the item.  In addition, I require that any returned item be shipped by a similar shipping service (and the tracking number sent to me) within 7 days of the original receipt of the item.  In order for the full refund to be issued the item must be in the same condition that it was in when it was originally sent (this means that it should not be damaged, soiled, cleaned, waxed, or altered in any way).  Once I have received and inspected the item to verify that it has not been damaged or altered in any way, I will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item, however the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and insurance both directions.

Return and Refunds – International

International returns and refunds may be available depending on your country, but I do not currently accept returns from China.  For most other countries returns are accepted if I am notified in writing by email (please explain the reason for the return) within 3 days of confirmation of receipt of the item.  In addition, I require that the item being returned is sent by DHL/FedEx/UPS, is fully insured, requires a signature upon delivery, and I must be provided with the tracking number for the return shipment within 7 days of when the item was initially received.  In order for the full refund to be issued the item must be in the same condition as when I shipped it (this means that it should not be damaged, soiled, cleaned, waxed, or altered in any way).  Once I have received and inspected the item to verify that it has not been damaged or altered in any way, I will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item, however the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and insurance both directions.
