Jade Snuff Bottle with Mock Ring Handles

Description: Large, well-hollowed bottle of squat, rounded-rectangular form with mock ring handles carved from the slightly darker top layer of the stone.  The cool grayish-tinged green of the stone has areas of white-tinted “cloud formations” accentuating both sides of the bottle.  The lip is inward sloping and the foot has a slightly splayed foot rim with recessed flat interior.  The stopper is made from the same colored stone as the body, and the thick older spoon is crafted from bone.
